Pricing

Our $80 diagnostic fee covers the technician's travel, time, and troubleshooting to determine the cause of your appliance's issue. After the diagnosis is complete, your technician will provide a flat-rate quote for the recommended repair. If you choose to have the repair completed, $40 of the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the repair cost. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you will only be responsible for the $80 diagnostic fee. We use flat-rate pricing based on industry standards, so you'll know the total repair cost before any work begins.

Service calls outside our standard Cape Coral / Fort Myers service area are subject to an additional $20 Travel Surcharge.

Warranty

Mechanical parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, and electrical parts are covered by a 90-day warranty. We use only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to ensure the performance, reliability, and longevity of your appliance. In the unlikely event that a covered part fails during the warranty period, it will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
